Campus for Christ at Concordia University is a chapter of Campus Crusade for Christ, an interdenominational ministry committed to helping take the Gospel of Jesus Christ to all nations. We cooperate with millions of Christians from churches of many denominations and hundreds of other Christian organizations around the world to help Christians grow in their faith and share the Gospel message with their fellow countrymen.
Campus Crusade for Christ is the largest not-for-profit organization in the world, reaching over 191 nations and Working together with these fellow believers, our goal is to help give every man, woman, and child in the entire world an opportunity to find new life in Jesus Christ. Our commitment is based on our Lord’s command: “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you: and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Matthew 28:18-20 (NAS)
The Ministry was founded by Dr. William Bright in 1951 at the University of California, Los Angeles. A complete timeline of the Campus Crusade for Christ history can be found at www.billbright.com. You can also learn much more about Bill and Vonette Bright at their website.
Our desire is to serve you.
